	Review your many apartment choices by viewing each community's price ranges, photos, floorplans, deposits, and specials. If you desire, your leasing specialist can assist you in your selection process. This is the most valuable part of Apartment Avenue's services. It is our personal knowledge of the apartments and their unique characteristics which gives you an incredible shopping advantage. Your leasing specialist will guide you to the properties which best suit your personal needs. Additionally, we will contact each community to verify current availability and leasing specials for your time frame and make your introduction to the communities.
	By now you have determined which communities are of interest to you . . . all without leaving the comfort of your home. You are ready to take a personal tour of the selected apartment communities to evaluate their features and floorplans. You may visit according to your own schedule as no appointments are necessary. Generally, apartment leasing offices are open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Saturdays 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Sundays 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.. While these hours are generally accurate, office hours are determined per community, and some are closed on Sundays. Most apartment properties have model units to show at all times, however, some do not. Your Apartment Avenue leasing specialist will inform you of showable units, if you desire.
	Once you have chosen your next apartment home, you will be required to submit a rental application and pay a security deposit to the apartment community. The rental application process is a review of your personal credit, rental references, annual income, and employment history to determine if you meet the property's qualifications. See our Special Needs section if you think you may have difficulties during the application process. Most apartments charge a non-refundable rental application fee ranging from $20 to $35 per individual or married couple. It is a requirement of every apartment community that Apartment Avenue be listed on your rental application in order for Apartment Avenue to be compensated for our free services to you. Our service is absolutely free to you, there are no upcharges to your rent and no hidden charges.
	Once you have chosen a new apartment home and placed a rental application and security deposit with the community, it is very important that you notify Apartment Avenue that you have done so. If you desire, we will stay in contact with the community to ease you through the application and move-in process. You may contact us via telephone or e-mail whichever is most convenient for you.
