Apartment Avenue USA provides our services to you at no charge because the apartment community where you lease pays us from their advertising budget. To assure we are compensated for our free services to you, it is critical that you list Apartment Avenue as the source of referral on your rental application where you lease. Additionally, we ask that you make certain to list Apartment Avenue on the guest card at each community you visit to let them know your were referred by us.


When you complete the "Request for Information" form, we ask for a variety of detailed information designed to learn about your personal needs and objectives. Once we have a complete picture of your needs, your relocation expert will go to work developing your personalized selection of communities. We will eliminate communities that don't meet your needs and highlight those that do in order to provide you with a tailored selection of properties.


You will receive your information via fax or e-mail according to your stated preference. Your selection will include photos and floorplans of each of the communities and floorplans as well as detailed information about the property and it's amenities. We will also contact the communities to verify that they have something available for your move-in date and update you with current lease specials.

We ask that you contact us back to let us know that you have leased an apartment or if you need additional information. If you have leased, we will walk you through your application approval process and move-in. If you feel that you need to do more apartment shopping, we will be happy to provide you with additional apartments from which to choose. The choice is yours!
